The minimum is 10 cases per size. Once a proof is approved, an order takes three to four weeks to ship. Shops on a tighter schedule can say so on the quote form and ask about a rush.
Plate fees are $100 per color per size. Each cup size needs its own set of plates because each size wraps a different shape. Plate fees are not charged again on reorders. For brand colors, the company prints to the Pantone numbers a shop sends in.
